We are delighted to have recently acquired a number of new management instructions and are seeking to expand our management portfolio further.  We pride ourselves on our ability to offer a personal, hands-on, active and all round first class management service to our clients.

We are a Regulated Firm under the RICS which permits us to hold client monies in addition to which we are also a Member of the RICS Designated Professional Body Scheme thus permitting us to deal with property insurance matters for clients.

THE TEAM

David J Allison FRICS, heads the team with 35 years plus experience in all aspects of commercial premises including property management.  As well as overseeing the general running of the Management Department, David’s thorough knowledge of the commercial property investment market ensures that underlying investment values are maintained or improved where possible by, for example, identifying additional income streams, re-gearing leases or good ‘old fashioned’ tenant liaison.

David is assisted by Barbara Wiles, Senior Property Manager with over 13 years’ experience of property management.  During this time Barbara has run large and complex commercial property portfolios as well as various individual and multi-let investment properties.  She is currently responsible for the day to day management of all clients’ properties and provides an active management role.
