  • Property Management – we currently act for a number of clients managing their premises – from individual properties to larger portfolios. These services include rent collection, service charge calculation, budgeting and collection, asset management, management of service contracts and regular management inspections
  • Rating – we act on behalf of clients advising, appealing and reviewing Rateable Values
  • Investment – we assist clients in sourcing suitable investment opportunities, asset management and maximising investment interests
  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) – commercial premises  for sale or lease require to be assessed for energy performance on all marketing material.
