You may just want peace of mind over a property you are considering purchasing; or if you are considering taking a lease of premises, you may wish to record the condition of a property prior to entering into the lease; or, it could be that a lease of premises is coming to an end and a Schedule of Dilapidations is required. This service includes an initial survey of the premises to include photography, review of relevant lease/legal documentation and the preparation of a detailed photographic schedule for annexation to legal documentation or, in the case of a Schedule of Dilapidations, for serving on the relevant parties under an occupational lease agreement.
