Business Review – January 2018

With another financial year behind us and entering into our fifth year of trading, we are delighted to say that the business has been strong with another increase in turnover achieved during the year. We would take this opportunity of thanking all our longstanding, loyal, new and existing clients for their continued support.

We have found ourselves dealing with a wide variety of instructions over the last few years having undertaken many valuations, rent reviews, rating appeals, dilapidation claims, sales, lettings, acquisitions and so on. In particular, one area of the business that continues to go from strength to strength is that of property management, primarily looked after by Barbara Wiles.  With circa £1m of income now under management for clients we continue to take on new instructions and are keen to develop this side of the business further.  Please contact either David or Barbara for an informal discussion if this is of interest.
