Off to an excellent start again this year with three deals having concluded in this last week alone and many more properties coming our way to replace them.
We have agreed and completed deals this week for a new lease of 283 Duke Street, Glasgow, a sale of Unit 3F Dalhousie Business Park, Bonnyrigg and a new lease of 50 Kempock Street, Gourock. In addition deals have also recently concluded in respect of our clients office premises at 209 Govan Road, Glasgow and we are currently negotiating terms on premises in Main Street, Cambuslang – watch this space!
We have also recently been appointed to market offices in Atlantic House, 45 Hope Street in the City Centre, retail units in Wooer Street, Falkirk and Douglas Street, Milngavie as well as retail/office units in the South-side of the City and Irvine.
